Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InsideTheRoomBetween.com (the "Site"), including its content, newsletter, coaching application process, links to our membership community and group coaching, merchandise store, podcast, and embedded video (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Dr. Nicole Yeldell Butts / The Room Between ("The Room Between," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, apply for coaching, join our community, or make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Room Between provides:

• Educational and inspirational content related to life transitions (blog, newsletter, podcast, video)
• An application process for private coaching with Dr. Nicole Yeldell Butts
• Links to a third-party membership community and/or group coaching, hosted on platforms such as Kajabi or Skool
• Merchandise available for purchase through our Shopify store
• Embedded video content and links to podcast platforms such as Apple Podcasts and Spotify

Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health care. Dr. Nicole Yeldell Butts offers coaching services intended to support personal and professional growth during life transitions. Coaching is not a substitute for psychological counseling, psychiatric care, medical advice, or any other licensed professional service.

• Submitting a coaching application does not guarantee acceptance into any program.
• Coaching outcomes vary by individual, and no specific result, income, transformation, or timeline is guaranteed.
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services in your area — do not rely on this Site or coaching services for crisis support.

Our membership community and/or group coaching is hosted on third-party platforms (such as Kajabi or Skool). When you click through to join:

• You are entering into a separate agreement with that platform, governed by its own terms of service
• Your access, conduct within, and any billing for that community is managed by the third-party platform, not directly by this Site
• The Room Between is not responsible for the availability, features, or policies of third-party platforms

Merchandise is sold through our Shopify-powered store, fulfilled in part by Printful or similar print-on-demand providers.

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Orders are subject to acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
• Because items are made to order, all sales are final except in the case of a defective or damaged product.
• Shipping timelines and costs are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Checkout and payment processing take place entirely on Shopify's platform. We do not process or store any payment information.

Podcast episodes are made available on third-party platforms including Apple Podcasts and Spotify, and video is embedded on the Site via third-party hosting services. Your use of those platforms and players is subject to their own terms. Content is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice of any kind.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the Room Between symbol system (lotus, chrysalis, butterfly, and open door marks), podcast episodes, video, and design elements — is the property of The Room Between / Dr. Nicole Yeldell Butts, unless otherwise noted, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing a link or a quote with attribution).

When using the Site, applying for coaching, or participating in any linked community, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in a coaching application or purchase
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the Site
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, community members, or The Room Between team

By subscribing to the Boldly Becoming newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any coaching, content, or product will meet your specific expectations or needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Room Between and Dr. Nicole Yeldell Butts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site, coaching services, third-party community platforms, or merchandise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Room Between, Dr. Nicole Yeldell Butts, and any affiliated contractors or staff from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms (Kajabi, Skool, Shopify, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, video hosts, social media, etc.). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.
