InsideTheRoomBetween.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by Dr. Nicole Yeldell Butts / The Room Between ("The Room Between," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, sign up for our newsletter, apply for private coaching, click through to our membership community or group coaching, or purchase merchandise, and how that information is used, shared, and protected.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We use the information we collect to:

• Send the Boldly Becoming newsletter and related communications you've opted into
• Review and respond to private coaching applications, and follow up about next steps
• Fulfill and ship merchandise orders
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• Improve the Site's content, offerings, and user experience
• Send occasional updates about The Room Between ecosystem (podcast, community, coaching, retreats) — you can opt out at any time
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to operate the Site and deliver our offerings:

• Email service provider (e.g., ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Kajabi, or similar) — to manage newsletter delivery and communications
• Kajabi and/or Skool — when you choose to join our membership community or group coaching, you are creating a direct relationship with that platform
• Shopify and Printful — to process, fulfill, and ship merchandise orders
• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Payments) — to securely process transactions
• Legal or safety reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of The Room Between or others

We do not share coaching application details with third parties beyond what's needed to schedule and deliver the coaching service itself.

Private coaching applications may ask you to share personal, sometimes sensitive, information about your life circumstances. We treat this information as confidential:

• It is reviewed only by Dr. Nicole Yeldell Butts and, where applicable, essential support staff bound by confidentiality
• It is used solely to evaluate fit and prepare for coaching engagements
• It is not used for marketing purposes beyond what you've separately opted into (e.g., the newsletter)

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platform before providing your information there.

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
